• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) for our Indian store and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, product details, offers, and availability may change without prior notice.
• We may limit or refuse order quantities per customer, household, or payment method to prevent bulk purchasing or misuse.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund.

3. Product Appearance

Our jewellery is photographed with care, but colours and finishes may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your device settings and lighting.

Many of our pieces are plated. With regular wear, exposure to water, perfume, sweat, or cosmetics, plating may naturally fade over time. This is a normal characteristic of plated jewellery and is not considered a manufacturing defect. We recommend following the care instructions included with your order to keep your piece looking its best.

Minor variations in stones, finish, or texture are inherent to jewellery and are part of what makes each piece individual.

4. Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurate and up to date. Occasionally, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, and to update or modify our website, products, and policies at any time without prior notice.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

5. Orders and Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm dispatch.
• We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and their terms apply.
• We may cancel orders where payment is declined, incomplete, or flagged as fraudulent.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Delivery of your order is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and Store Credit are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

All content on this website — including product images, designs, text, logos, and the House of Suniyara name — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
