Return & Exchange Policy

At House of Suniyara, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with precision, elegance, and uncompromising attention to detail. We ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition and reflects the refined quality our brand stands for.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing a seamless, graceful, and trustworthy resolution whenever required.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim involving missing, incorrect, or defective products. The video must clearly show the package being opened from its sealed condition.
Returns are accepted only if:
- An incorrect item has been delivered, or
- The product received is damaged or defective.
All approved returns will be issued as Store Credit only.

Please note: A reverse logistics fee may be applicable on approved returns and will be adjusted accordingly.

Returns & Exchanges for Personal Reasons

If a customer requests a return or exchange due to size issues, change of mind, not willing to keep the product, or any other personal reason (other than a manufacturing defect), the following conditions apply:

Forward shipping and reverse shipping fees will be applicable.
Applicable fees will be deducted before issuing Store Credit.
The remaining balance, after deductions, will be provided as Store Credit only.
No cash refunds or refunds to the original mode of payment will be issued.

Approval of such requests remains at the sole discretion of House of Suniyara.

Store Credit Terms

No cash refunds or refunds to the original mode of payment are provided.
Approved returns will be compensated through Store Credit equivalent to the product value, after applicable deductions.
Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Store Credit can be used to purchase any item available on our website.
If a replacement product is unavailable or out of stock, Store Credit will be issued automatically.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
For defective items, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Under the exchange/return policy, cash refunds are not provided. Only replacement or Store Credit will be issued.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, Store Credit of the same value will be provided.
Reverse and forward shipping fees are applicable on all exchanges, unless the product is found to be defective.
